Jordan Mendoza

Clinical Social Worker | She/Her/Hers

Jordan predominantly works on the unceded lands of the Woiwurrung, Wurrundjeri and Bunurong peoples of the Kulin Nation.

Jordan Mendoza holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and has previously worked as a medical social worker in New York City within hospitals and medical centres.

 

Jordan is also an experienced psychotherapist in the community mental health setting where she uses a range of modalities to inform her strengths based practice.

 

In addition to her clinical social work experience, Jordan uses her clinical background to inform her writing, which generally focuses on mental health, health and wellbeing topics. She currently is authoring The SELF Model Database resources that support teachers to achieve and maintain their wellbeing as well as support them to recognise and respond to mental health issues in their colleagues, students and families.

 

Her written work can be found across various mental health publications, websites, blogs and newsletters.

  • $170 for all 50 minute sessions
